OUR SERVICES - Fast, Professional Service Throughout Australia Description of Services Network Process Service specialises in process serving. We do not do debt collection work because of the possibility of a conflict of interest with some of our mercantile agent clients. We have a strict confidentiality code, and staff are well trained in the Privacy Act. This means that our customers can have peace of mind that their details or that of their clients are not disclosed to anyone outside the office. Security is also important to us as we do a great deal of Government work for various departments (eg, DPP and AGS) and we appreciate the sensitivity of some of these documents. All staff and process servers have signed the "Government Declaration of Secrecy". We serve / complete field calls throughout Australia. Within the CBD, we issue and file at all courts and tribunals and can pick-up / deliver. We also collect medical records and lodge these at courts. Extent of Service Service turnaround time is wholly dependent on where the document is to be served and if we can serve it on the first attempt. Non-business visits are normally made outside business hours. We specialise in urgent work and can complete service same day if required (within reason). Neighbours are spoken to where practicable if we are having difficulty with service. Normally we would continue visiting an address until a result was accomplished – this could be up to ten visits or so. We serve all jurisdictions Australia wide. Customers are kept abreast of our progress as they are advised if we are having difficulty or when a document is served. This is done through a computer generated email or fax facility. Fully completed and sworn affidavits of service or attempted service are sent back to our clients with their invoice. top
